Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the buyer's responsibility.

As Demi's Colouring Corner is based in the UK, orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties and VAT charges upon arrival as a result of Brexit. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order hasn't arrived. We'll work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
