Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority — they are not included in our prices or collected at checkout. As Demi's Colouring Corner is based in the UK, orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and a flat-rate €3 customs duty per product category upon delivery. As of 1 July 2026, this duty applies to all orders under €150 entering the EU. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure what to expect.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order hasn't arrived. We'll work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
