🇪🇺 Will I be charged customs or import fees? (EU customers)

If you're ordering from the European Union, your order may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. As of 1 July 2026, the EU applies a flat-rate €3 customs duty per tariff classification on imports under €150 from outside the EU (such as the UK). These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

If you're ordering from the United States, Canada, Australia, or other international destinations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority — they are not included in our prices or collected at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

📦 How long does shipping take?

UK orders: Typically 2–5 working days.
EU orders: Typically 7–14 working days, depending on customs processing.
USA & Canada: Typically 10–21 working days.
Australia & Oceania: Typically 14–28 working days.

Please note that international delivery times can vary and may be affected by customs delays.

🐰 What materials are used in your books?

All books are hand-drawn, self-printed, and wire-bound by me personally. Pages are printed on 160gsm cardstock, single-sided to prevent bleed-through, and wire-bound from the top for easy use whether you're left- or right-handed. Dimensions are A4.

🎨 What colouring mediums work best?

The 160gsm cardstock works well with most mediums including alcohol-based markers, water-based markers, gel pens, coloured pencils, and crayons. If using wet mediums like markers, we recommend placing a protective sheet behind the page you're colouring.

🔄 What is your returns policy?

As all books are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
