Refund policy
Thank you so much for supporting Demi's Colouring Corner! I want you to love everything you receive, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if something isn't right.
Physical Products
I accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Not written in, coloured in, or damaged by the customer
To request a return, please contact me info@demiscolouringcorner.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without getting in touch first.
Once your return is received and inspected, I'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds cover the product cost only — original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Digital Products (PDFs)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the 48-hour period from which the transaction was made has passed. A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled within this time frame.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the original product cost only on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
