Hi ya! I'm Demi, a.k.a Demi's Colouring Corner! I’m from the UK, mother of two and absolutely love all things horror, vintage and crafty, especially colouring! So I combined the worlds together! I illustrate original bold and easy colouring books, varying from horror to cute vintage aesthetic!
Since I was a child, art has always been a deep passion of mine. I've never known a time when I wasn't holding a pen in my hand, endlessly creating whatever came into my brain throughout the years. But as I got older, I became a parent, and I would be lying if I said I didn't lose myself along the way. I stopped drawing, colouring, everything. That was until 'colourtok' brought my spark back. Scrolling through TikTok 2024, discovering all these brilliant creators colouring bold and easy colouring books, and guess what... YOU CAN GO OUTSIDE THE LINES! My mind was completely blown with the fact that, of course, you can bring even more creativity to a simple colouring page - adding texture, shading, mixed media, the lot! I just knew I had to get my hands on some alcohol markers and a good ol' colouring book. However, the books I wanted, like simple horror movies colouring books, just didn't exist - but with my trusty iPad and Apple pen, my first ever colouring book was born 'Just Chilling & Killing: Cosy Adult Colouring Book Inspired by Horror Movies'. Then the rest is history!
When I create my books, I put my absolute heart and soul into these because not only are these colouring books I want to colour myself, but I want YOU to enjoy colouring them too! Therefore every single sketch, line and detail you see within my artwork, it is thoroughly thought out. When it comes to colouring, I know most of you will relate too, I find it extremely therapeutic, it’s my down time! So creating a world within my colouring books where we can all relax and colour till our hearts content, even if we're colouring blood baths in my horror colouring books, then I've succeeded.
